Fan request KMK You may or may not be aware of recent events here in PA, but a brief run down...approximatley 2 weeks ago during shift change while one was leaving and the other coming on duty, a man, who in my personal opinion, is nothing more than a coward hid in the State Gamelands that surround the Blooming Grove Barracks of the Pa State Police, and shot the 2 Troopers. Corporal Bryon Dickson died onscene. Trooper Douglass is still in critical but stable condition. The PCO, dispatcher, working that night, desperately tried to pull Cpl Dickson inside the building to safety, she herself was also shot at, but luckily the coward missed her. There have been countless units from across the state being sent to search these Gamelands as the subj is a self proclaimed survivalist and he knows these woods like the back of his hand. The search is going into what I believe to be day 14. Now we learned that another trooper was fatally injured during training at the range. My point is asking a favor. Im asking that you ask everyone out there for continued prayers for the PA STATE POLICE. Our guys and gals are working countless hours, far from home, without complaint, as that is the cape they were proudly! I am proud to be a part of this group and am scared to death someone else is going to get hurt! So please ask our fellow Mad Dispatchers to pray for us!
