FanQ: Hello can you please post anon... My ex and I have been divorced for almost a year and we share 50/50 custody of thee children (11,9 3) with neither parent receiving child support. I am actually the one who believed this to be fair because we both were supposed to have the kids the same amount of time and we were suppose to split everything with regard to the childrens expenses. I have yet to see any of his share be taken care of. School clothes, sports, school music program, scouts, Halloween costumes, hair cuts, you name it.... NOT a dime. He always comes up with an excuse as to why he cant afford to pay me back. Well he seems to be able to find money to take them out to eat and to amusement parks and is then seen galavanting in the town all the time. Is it ok to file for child support to cover these costs since he isnt living up to his end of the bargain as stated in the divorce decree? How do I file something like that with regard to just child support? Thanks in advance!!
