FanQ I need advice. Im 23 weeks pregnant with our 3rd so I know you arent supposed to lay flat on your back due to the weight of the baby and what not. But I cant remember which side they say to lay on. For about a 3 weeks now I have been having horrible heartburn at night that wakes me up because it hurts so bad most of the time my chest feels tight, like I cant breath but neither side helps. I dont eat or drink anything 4-6 hours before going to bed and it still bothers me. Any one have any tricks that could help?
