Fancy dress 💃💃 🎅🎅 centurions circuits tonight, my last class at Longs Blackbelt Schools of the year. And its been a brilliant year for everyone involved with lots of personal achievements and events completed along the way. Weve had new centurions come and join us and stick with us, ladies starting out in beginners then moving up to the 7pm class and then the regular guys who turn up week in week out and give it their all without any complaint. I think each and everyone of you, it makes it an easy class to instruct when you lot out the hardwork in. So............... 6-6:50 ladies only, awesome introduction to the circuit training class, got a good little group going here now, getting themselves ready for January come and join in. 7-8pm centurion circuits bodyweight class, great fun, hard work but very rewarding. Both classes £5 pay as ya go Free mince pie, Xmas present for the best fancy dress and Xmas tunes tonight, dont miss out. 💪🎅💪🎅💪🎅💪🎅💪🎅💪🎅💪
