“Fantastic Fun” pinkladywanderern from Glastonbury UK has reviewed Caribbean Buccaneers on TripAdvisor: I went to this show with my sister and two friends to celebrate her birthday, Im so glad we chose to do this. We were a little apprehensive when we got off our transport from the hotel and were told to stand against a wall to wait but once inside the attraction the fun is non-stop. Greeted by a pirate, you are firstly put into the stocks before being shown some amazing tricks by a magician. Our male companion had to demonstrate walking the plank and then we were given various puzzles to solve, all whilst drinking the pirate tipple of Rum!!! Then, we were escorted onto the ship, more rum, and there was dancing before disembarking for dinner which was excellent. A varied choice of salads, baked potato, corn, pork, chicken and lobster. The pirates, led by the captain, Jack Black, sang Happy Birthday to my sister and presented her with a bottle if wine. On the voyage back the pirates enacted a battle over the treasure map with enthusiasm and loads of energy, even going on a zip line between the rigging, followed by more dancing. (All the while the rum is flowing). It was a brilliant, fun evening arranged by a very softly spoken man from New York City; Im sorry I did not get your name. I went on a similar trip in Cancun and I can truthfully say that this one in Bavaro, Dominican Republic is far, far superior.
