Fantastic film by Tommy Crocket of this Sundays Fiery Scots march in Dumbarton. Great turnout and terrific vibe. And this was despite the bizzare restrictions put on the organisers by West Dumbartonshire Council ( Labour Controlled) and Police Scotland ( do tell me who controls it?), stipulating that the march had to be on a Sunday morning and that once in an otherwise deserted public park , the marchers were allowed a maximum of 10 minutes for a rally, with no PA system allowed. And here was me thinking Dumbarton was in Scotland, not Saudi Arabia. But sadly typical of how the authorities treat new local pro independence groups trying to get some activity going. But the Fiery Scots suceeded - despite it all. And the sun shone bright - so someone was on our side. And Police Shortages? Didnt look like that to me. As over staffed as a Brezhnev era Soviet Hotel. So if you are looking for something to cut Nicola, start with this shower. Leave our schools and old folks homes alone.
