Description As a victim of police corruption, i have decided to start this page in order to fund raise for a prosecution against a corrupted Victoria Police member. My complaint to IBAC took almost 2 months to asses if it falls within their jurisdiction to investigate, the time delay was due to the seriousness and complexity of the matter, along with the high volume of complaints of corruption they had to deal with. Upon assessment, the complaint was referred to the Professional Standards Division of VicPol, (formally known as the Ethical Standards Division) so now we have a case of Police investigating Police For corruption. This means i am now an Authorised Agent of the Prosecution, and can file charges against the corrupt officer involved in my case. I have sufficient evidence and witnesses that will have charges of tampering and destruction of evidence, perjury, assault and unlawful arrest/detain proven. As it will be my first prosecution, i will require resources and some professional legal assistance in order to ensure the successful and smooth running of the prosecution. There are some great officers, though sadly destruction/tampering with evidence, perjury,false statements and cover-ups leading to wrongful convictions and even imprisonment of innocent people has become a common practice among many officers.
