Fantastic night for Time Trials! Tracy Hillaby had a family thing come up - so no treats, and we understand..... We did pout a little..... As for the ride...... In the 20km group: Gail Johnston made her debut at 47:41 @ 25.2kph - and let me tell you, people like Gail are the BEST part of coaching! Next week, she will be faster! Why? We set up her bike to fit properly and inflated her tires. Riding 20kms on 40psi - that is impressive!!!! Another newcomer from the Rocky crew: Stephen B rode to a 41:37 at 28.8kph while Mark Ringness hammered out a 36:42 @ 32.7kph - just a hair behind Paul Bradley who held on to top 20km spot with a 36:23 at 33kph.......19 seconds Mark!!! Shave your legs and youve got him! Steve Miller pushed through a hot and windy 30kms to a time of 63:51 at 28.2 kph Lyle Katchur rode to a 51:53 at 34.7kph Scott McDermott finished in 50:04 at 36kph and Travis Clark rode to a 49:57 at 36kph......As a coach, I am super proud of you! As a member of the club - damn! 7 seconds...... next week!!! Chuck Downie continued his reign as KING of the Time Trials, coming SO close to that ever elusive magic number of 40kph...... Chuck rode to a 45:57 at 39.2kph. Wow!!! Great job everyone!!!
