Fantastic race at the Yoma Yangon Marathon 2015 today to kick start my first event this year on my journey towards Boston Marathon in April! It was surreal for me to be on the podium of an International Oversea Race for the first time in my life after 7 years of running! It is more unbelievable when I get to finish as the 1st Runner up in the Half Marathon Men Open Category! I am proud and happy to represent Malaysia and ACAC Team Malaysia today. It is an honor when the crowd shout Malaysia Boleh when I was on the stage. The last few weeks training was tough. I am satisfied with my progress today and I felt that my hard work for the past few weeks of training have paid off. Todays performance also gives me motivation to keep moving forward and I believe with patience and Smart training progress I will be on track towards Boston Marathon on April 20. Congratulations to all in the ACAC Malaysia Contingent for their Personal Bests for the race today! We got a pleasant surprise when ACAC Team Malaysia was pronounced the Champion for the Half Marathon Team Challenge!
