Fantastic, the first of this years Open Everything recordings are ready. This was the opening presentation from Peter Couchman, director at The Plunkett Foundation, who are co-funders of the Birr Community Growery , a local food model providing education and training in organic horticulture, aswell as a local food infrastructure to provide facilities and a better deal for our local ethical food producers.
