Fantastic time at regionals. CrossFit Regionals (and Games) work is such different work to what I normally do. At sporting events (and as the event event draws near), the focus becomes giving the athlete what they need to survive a few hours. It is to find out how they feel, work out why and, provided everything is ok, give them the confidence they need to perform (reassurance, explanation and advice). My usual work at home is to assess the problems/pain, identify why and teach someone (anyone) how to take care of that problem and how to retrain their body so they significantly reduce the risk of recurrence and improve their performance. If you want to train or work at your best, or just be out of pain, then get it sorted now..prehensively. It only takes 2-3 sessions for most common problems :) Until you have experienced what I do, you wont be able to Feel the difference! myphysios.au
