Farsightedness is cognitive | La lungimiranza è cognitiva In my vision of professionals of the future who will deal with relationship and interaction with other animals, they will be professionals facilitators of personal growth of animals and they will be not experts in animal behavior modification, they will be experts in the development of the quality of life of animals living with us and they will be not experts in zoo-technical welfare, they will be skilled builders of socio-cognitive experiences and they will be not trainers/educators for performative purposes, they will be experts in ethology to better understand the desires of the animals and not to control their needs, they will be dedicated experts in preserving animal desires and they will be not experts in develop animal obediences. Nella mia visione i professionisti del futuro che si occuperanno della relazione ed interazione con gli altri animali, saranno professionisti facilitatori della crescita personale degli animali e non esperti nella modifica comportamentale animale, saranno esperti nello sviluppo della qualità di vita degli animali che vivono con noi e non tecnici di welfare zootecnico, saranno abili costruttori di esperienze socio-cognitive e non addestratori/educatori per fini performativi, saranno esperti in etologia per comprendere meglio le voglie degli animali e non per controllare le loro esigenze, saranno esperti nel preservare i desideri degli animali e non esperti nello sviluppare obbedienze degli animali. learning-animals.org
