Fashion victims My mind is at war with my brain, And my enzymes - TopicsExpress

Fashion victims My mind is at war with my brain, And my enzymes churn faster than a train. My blood boils in my veins, And my heart pumps faster than drains. With a vexed spirit I venture to vent my vexation With a shrill I stand to proclaim the gospel of salvation. In towns and villages; morality, like a dress has been washed in the stream of fashion, Young girls parade themselves showing off hidden treasures of nature with passion. They clad themselves in mini-skirts and leggings And proceed to church with their butts calling attention like newspaper headings So you wonder what indeed it is they do for a living It’s not startling that they are only able to mount on bikes by the intervention of heaven. They are victims of fashion. My brain spins in my head, My guts spelt fire when I heard “Alas! The days of Sodom and Gomorrah are here indeed, The songs of immorality have become the creed” I find it thorny to comprehend; The reason for the trend, For in the days of Adam, they strove to cover But in the age of the computer we strive to uncover. Guys and girls; mamas and dadas, go for the latest fashions, Not giving a damn, the consequences of their actions And so we lead generations astray And set the passion of men ablaze. We are victims of fashion. Kure Ayuk is lover of words creatively scribbled together for the purpose of impacting lives. He blogs at kuredacomicmc.blogspot.
