Fast fact!: if you eat very healthy for 6 days of the week, (no breads, processed crap, extra sugars, etc.), you not only should have a cheat meal but, a cheat day. *when I want to cheat on my strict days, I just write down whatever Im craving and then eat it on my cheat day. Ive already got a full list for this week! The increase in caloric consumption ignites your thyroid to produce more T3 and T4 (hormones). This makes your body a fat burning machine!!! Plus, I believe it had some psychological benefits as well.
