Fast food workers plan to strike tomorrow...the largest yet...in an effort to raise their wages to at least $15 an hour. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys and KFC workers in 150 cities plan to strike. The average pay for fast-food workers is just over $9 an hour, or about $18,500 a year. Thats roughly $4,500 lower than the Census Bureaus poverty threshold level of $23,000 for a family of four.
