Fasted cardio and abdominals! - why this helps? Ok most people are asking me how to get these six- pack! Answer is simply, cardio, diet and core work! There are no magic drinks or machines that change this! Fasted cardio- This has many benefits is your goal is fat burn. The effect of fasted cardio means that the body burns more fat during cardio as you will be using fat stores rather than glucose for energy. This means in short you burn fat for energy rather than food. If you are trying to build or keep lean muscle be sure to do low intense cardio as it doesnt stress the body to much and start to eat away as muscles for energy. The greatest benefit for many however of doing fasted cardio is that it uses the stubborn fat areas for energy, such areas are hips, abdominals and lower back. To really get the most out of fasted training try taking caffeine and yohimbe before a session, and remember to stay hydrated! Key point is food! If you burn off 500 and eat 500 you will never burn fat! So be sure to get the calories correct! Aim to do 30 - 45 minutes Hope this is useful people
