Fastfood operation has certainly evolved over da years. For da worst, that is. 15-16 years ago ud see many young locals willing to work after school & weekends. Now all we see are foreign faces. And around that time that I was still in da bandwagon, we were cashiers SLASH servers as well. We had timers on our screens on da standard seconds that we have to serve & (correctly) position each food item on da tray, present to customer & cash in - Chop chop! Everything was done in a jiffy. Nowadays we gotta order from cashier first before being chucked away to da food pick-up corner for a long, long time. And I tell u da cashiers really can snail about. What is d actual point here when they are way understaffed & service is damn slow? Now tell me if u hv a truckload of customers, ONLY one front staff, 1 backend server & 1 very rude Supervisor who served us... how da heck do u call that FAST food anymore? Why cant they just get da cashiers to serve straightaway?
