Fasting Day # 15 Scripture: Acts 8:18-24 Prayer Point: Dealing with the Spirit of Attachment This is a bait, enticement, connection and accessory used by hell to keep tabs on you. This connection and add-on are set in to frustrate your purpose, potential and God-given destiny! This attachment spirit is set in to follow, bond and link you to all forms of challenges in life. The most dreadful thing about attachment is when you are hooked and you don’t know. These add-ons exist in varying levels. They can range from food, money, habits, jobs, peoples, gambling and immorality. These attachments are sometimes entrenched in one’s souls prior to salvation. Sometimes a few of us seem to fall into old habits and lifestyles, which may not necessarily be accidents and mishaps. The above scripture reveals what attachment is all about. The gentleman receives the gospel, becomes born again, stays in the Church, sees signs and wonders and as his past will tell he offers money for the Holy Spirit. This is one point we normally teach in our Church. Though he is born again, he still needs ‘deliverance’ from the past. He is washed by the Blood, cleansed by the Blood, Heaven booked and confirmed yet his past or he attached to a familiar spirit and it needs casting out. Prayer Points: Activation and Declarations I detach, disconnect and eliminate the spirit of attachment in my life in the name of Jesus! I break the attachment from my past, the connection, link and the add-on in life from satanic warlords. I sever the demonic hold of attachment; I break the power of any parasite, leech and the accessory of satanic entry. I create a new beginning in my life; I terminate the connections, the accessory, leftovers, residue and remainder of my past life. I terminate any demonic attachment used by hell and the cohort of demons. I open up covered lifestyles and private ways to the dealings of the Holy Spirit. Lord, Elohim and El Elyon, my God save me from these undercover behaviours. Lord lead me into right paths to deal with the spirit of attachment. I bind the power of old lifestyles; I stop the trend of old ways and old means of doing things. I invalidate the power of attachment. I superimpose the will and the Power of God over my life! I take authority over the spirit of attachment in my life, in my ministry, in my family and in the lives of my children. I destroy past demonic parasites regulating and policing my entire life, I annihilate the power of attachment in life right now!
