With the exception of bodybuilders, most people dont eat enough protein, yet high protein diets tend to lend themselves well to fat loss, due to the satiating effect they have on appetite. (Theres also a mild thermogenic effect that cant be completely overlooked too.) Forget your fancy fat burners -- more protein is the answer to fat loss for most people. Oh yeah, and diet whey, or female-specific protein powders are garbage. Just buy basic.
