Father God will on occasion send certain people into your life for a short season or perhaps even a brief encounter. An unanticipated fleeting relationship can be painful resulting in many unanswered questions and a sense of abandonment. During such a time, it is critical to recognize that God-sanctioned, transitory relationships, though non sustainable, serve His purpose for your life. Being able to differentiate between what is intended to be provisional and what is meant to be permanent will not only assist you from becoming frustrated and bogged down, but will in fact enlighten you of God’s intention for the relationship.
