Father, I am grateful that you have allowed me to live in an age of electronics and the ease of searching your word in just a few seconds to have so many commentaries and bibles at my fingertips on a smart phone everywhere I go its in my pocket. There is no excuse for me when I have questions on where the answers to this life are found in your Word. Lord I know I cannot remember things the way I could when I was much younger but I will always remember the day I surrendered my heart and gave it to you. Thank you Father for that event to be so fresh on my mind each day. Help me Lord to seek you with the same enthusiasm each day for the rest of my life. Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth. Avoid worthless, foolish talk that only leads to more godless behavior. 2 Timothy 2:15-16 There, in a foreign land, you will worship idols made from wood and stone—gods that neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell. But from there you will search again for the Lord your God. And if you search for him with all your heart and soul, you will find him. Deuteronomy 4:28-29
