Father I want to just stop and pray for all the kids in Jamaica who passed their GSAT and will be moving up to High School. The murder of the Anchovy High girl yesterday but her fellow school mate is resting heavily on my heart. I pray that you will guide these little children minds and let them understand the distinction between good and bad. I pray for them to grow up with with good manners and respect for all. I also pray that they will be children and wait until they are finish with school before they become parents. Oh lord, I pray for their parents so that they can train them with discipline at home, as you know they live what they learn and they dance abroad what they practise at home. Heavenly Father, I pray for the Teachers, I pray that you will continue to protect them from the violence and harm that Satan put as stumbling blocks in their way on a daily basis, strengthen them and make they stay committed in educating young minds. I pray for the new teachers going into the system, provide job and a safe working environment for them. Now Lord I pray for Prime Minister Simpson-miller, If she have at all any dignity left, she would immediately replace the current Education Minister as you and I know that Minister Thwaites is not equipped with the leadership ability that this office requires. He is at lost with reality. Father I pray that he will do the right thing in stepping down ahead of the new school year. Lord we know education is the Key to success but this government is hampering the system, thus messing with the success of its citizens and their livelihood. In closing lord, I ask for peace for the island of Jamaica, shower them with your blessings of prosperity, love, hope, and happiness. Help them with their struggling economy, in fact lord provide the country with more honest leaders who will see to it that all citizens prosperity is in their best interest rather than their self-interests. Lord you know all thats wrong with the Jamaican society, I beg of you to just FIX it, in the lovely name of Jesus! Amen
