Father help us to understand we cant change everything or the negative people around us without us first changing ourselves. Father each day we find ourselves around these people and no matter what happens around them they act like they hate the world. We pray that you touch their hearts. Lord help us to greet the coming day in peace, help us in all things to rely upon your holy will. In every hour of the day reveal your will to us. Bless our dealings with all who surround us. Teach us to treat all that comes to throughout the day with peace of soul and with firm conviction that your will governs all. In all our deeds and words, guide our thoughts and feelings. In unforeseen events, let us not forget that all are created by you. Teach us to act firmly and wisely, without hurting or embarrassing others. Give us strength to bear the fatigue of the coming day with all that it shall bring. Thank you for this day and we ask for you to bless it. Father place your hedge of protection around our families, friends and coworkers wherever they go and in whatever they do today. We ask these things in your name...... AMEN
