Father remember our families - our children, our siblings, our parents and our extended relatives. We can choose our friends but our families you have given us Lord. Thank you because they are a support system that you have given us and we are blessed to have them. We ask Lord that families shall be united in you for where there is unity you command a blessing (Psalm 133). We rebuke any spirit of contention, rivalry, bickering, gossiping, in fighting, jealousy, envy and strife that may try to bring dissension in our families. We speak the shalom of God on our family units in Jesus name. Where there is a rift Lord, we ask you to heal and bring unity so that families can enjoy each other. We remember the elderly that Lord you will continue to be faithful to them. We decree that our children shall be taught of you and great shall be their peace (Isaiah 54:13). We ask that love (1 Corinthians 13) shall prevail in our families. We bow to divine order agreeing with heaven and aligning ourselves according to Eph 5:24 - That as Christ is the head of the church, the husband is head of the wife and the entire household. We thank you for children who honor their parents! Cause them to live long in the land of promise according to your word (Exodus 20:12). May our children grow in wisdom, in stature and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). Draw whole families to yourself daily for the glory and honor of your name. In Jesus name, Amen!
