Father, thank You for everything. Let Your will be done. In Matthew 6:6, it says that Jesus said, Bur when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Fathwr, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. When given the opportunity at a subsequent to give testimony as to what might be sins which makes the life of the church feeble. Some mention failings they saw in other ministers, either in conduct, or in doctrine or n service. But they fail at giving testimony of their own failures in sin. Father, You so graciously s ordered it that we were gradually led to the sin of prayerlessness as one of the deepest roots of the evil. No one could plead himself/herself free from this. Nothing so reveals the defective spiritual life in minister and congregation as the lack of believing and unceasing prayer. PRAYER is n very deed the pulse of the spiritual life. It is the great means of bringing to minister and people the blessing and power of heaven. Persevering and believing prayer means a string and abundant life. Abundant life is what You want for me, O Lord. That can only happen through a strong and vibrant prayer life, and so I commit to persevering prayer. With Your help. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
