Father, we bless You today. What a privilege it is to be able to speak with you anytime! Lord, our nation is being torn apart in so many areas. We see the divide between liberals and conservatives becoming wider, but of greatest import right now seems to be the racial divide. Father, we know that in Christ there is no Jew nor Greek. We pray that Your love will prevail. None of us could choose where or to whom we were born. You are no respecter of persons so we should not be either. Father, we confess that the real issue is not race, but the conditions of mens hearts. If we truly esteem others more highly than ourselves there would be no prejudice. Lord, we pray that You would silence the fomenters of hate and that Your people would arise as a voice of truth. Your love never fails. We pray for healing in our nation. You said if we would humble ourselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, You wil hear from heaven and heal our land. Only You can fix it. Thank You for hearing our prayer in Jesus name, amen.
