My Truth cleanses the inward parts. Thats why I asked Paul to advise you to speak the truth in love THAT YOU MAY GROW UP INTO HIM IN ALL THINGS ... EVEN CHRIST (Ephesians 4:15). Silence. Burying your head in the sand like the legendary ostrich. Ignoring or avoiding the Truth will give you temporary relief; none will help you heal in particular, when a godly confrontation by / with the Truth, in a spirit of meekness and love is needed! Pride will ensure you avoid, at all cost, My Truth! But you must CONFRONT yourself with My Truth that you are loved by Me no matter what may have transpired. Confront yourself with My grace and favour. Confront your attackers with the same Truth - and let them go, in My name! Face and embrace My Truth, mouth to mouth! ALLOW MY SPIRIT FREEWILL IN RESTORING YOUR EMOTIONAL WELL BEING! #YourEmotionalHealthMatters
