Fatigue training is 90% mental when it comes to getting the work done. Right now my week consists of 3 short runs (4-10 miles) plus 2 back to back long runs of 15 plus miles each. On top of that I have 3 days of LCCJ as my strength training. Some days its hard enough to just get out of bed let alone lace up the shoes or pick up the Kettlebells but everything comes at a price. If you want to succeed you must keep your head in the game no matter how exhausted you are!
