Faulty Movement patterns can be the cause of your off days On squat days when the bar feels heavier than it should, I drop down and do slow tempo movements to check my positions. Tight muscles can change your positions and Movement patterns dramatically. My torso is usually a lot more vertical than this, but you can see it get pulled forward. This is also in part due to some minor knee soreness which causes me to push my hips back further than normal also pushing me forward. Moral of the story: warm up, cool down, and move as efficiently as possible in between to encourage consistently efficient movement.
