Favor is favor, is favor is favor. People will always say what you cant or shouldnt be allowed to do BUT when its Gods will for you --He will move you up in front of those very people that said it. Amazing how I had to stand and listen to some people say something negative about me and a group of Ladies, I was with today at the Capital. They didnt think to look up before speaking to see that not all of us had left the entrance to the office and had not gone out into the adjoining hallway. As I stood there, it reflected how we still have a long way to go to go as People. But the God in me did not allow me to respond instead, I just stopped and prayed and I asked God to show Himself just as strong and mighty in the situation as He has in everything else that has concerned me in my life. The Senator came out and not only acknowledged me but told the men who had made the negative remarks that he would be with them AFTER he finished with me and my group. And he took his time and did not rush us off---we actually reminded him others was waiting so we was going to leave and get to our luncheon. Who said it? Favor aint fair!!!! In every situation, if you allow God to fight---all you have to do is remain still and see God move things in your favor. I hope this encourages someone to stop fighting back---especially with your words---Gods got it and You!!!!
