Favorite Shots Theme: I will have to bring back the Elvis Memorial Chapel at the Superstition Mountain Museum for one of my favorites. I cant count the number of times I headed out before sunrise to photograph this scene. Unfortunately, Mother Nature doesnt seem to work on the same timeline and saw fit to mostly provide cloudless mornings,making for a boring sunrise so I would go home with nothing. I think she felt sorry for me and finally hit me with an incoming storm to add the drama I had been looking for. I set up, took a few bracketed sets and ran for the car as the rain hit full force. Persistence does pay off, sometimes.
