Fay Easter via Tracy Knauss Shared from Tracy Knauss The NYT published a story today saying the State Department is releasing a report so favorable to the Keystone Pipeline that it clears the way for Obamas approval. Not so damned fast! I now see that the State Department itself didnt write this report which is laudatory of the Keystone Pipeline. The State Department had a contractor prepare the report. And that contractor is under investigation for major conflicts of interest because they previously represented companies favorable to and directly supportive of the the Keystone Pipeline. In fact, the contractor used staff who previously had done work for the company seeking to build the pipeline, TransCanada!!!
