Fay has made the transition to a tropical storm this morning, centered as of 8 a.m. EDT/AST about 365 miles south of Bermuda. A Tropical Storm Warning continues for Bermuda. Tropical storm conditions are expected later today. On the forecast track, the center of Fay would past east of Bermuda later today or early Sunday. Maximum sustained winds are 60 mph. No significant change in strength during the next 24 to 36 hours is expected, and Fay should be absorbed by a cold front on Monday.
