Fayemis Wife Bags Honourary Doctorate Degree in TASUED tomorrow President of the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) and wife of the immediate past Governor of Ekiti State, Erelu Bisi Fayemi, the Awujale of Ijebu land, Oba (Dr) Sikiru Adetona are among five eminent personalities to be awarded honorary doctorate degrees by the Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijebu-Ode during the institution’s convocation ceremony on Friday. Others billed to be honoured include world acclaimed scholar, Prof Toyin Falola; a philanthropist, Alhaji (Dr) Adebola Adegunwa; distinguished educationist, Olaola Olabode Ogunlana. Erelu Bisi Fayemi, an internationally acclaimed gender advocate, who is also the Initiator of Ekiti Development Foundation (EDF) is being awarded a Doctor of Science (DSc) honoris causa.
