Fb I had a great first week at the new job Medisav and I love my co-workers n management team..passionate n God fearing people...I been waking up and going to work everyday with a smile n leaving the same way...my kids n I are able to enjoy our house more sleep in our own beds every night...its like a dream come true...but today I ended my day smiling on the outside as I clocked out but sad on the inside like our next to last 3 costumers really needs prayers...but it was this one elderly lady who came in and I approached her as she was looking around and I said hello maam im Isaac can I assist you in any way? She looks at me and says no so I said ok please let me know if you have any questions or anything she just looked at me n walked away...so I went back to my desk...now everyone else is in the store is busy assisting other costumers and she sees me sitting there alone and she looked away n walked up to my co-worker right there in the middle of her helping someone else with a cane m ask her a question...now my co-worker told her sorry maam im assisting another costumer but I will get Isaac to help and assist you so my co-worker comes n.tell me the last needs a question answered...so I approached her and asked how can I assist you maam she snirls her nose at me and says loudly I dont need your help so I smile n say ok...are you sure? She just walks away...then not even 2 minutes later comes back to my co-worker while she is still helping the same lady with her choice of cane amd stuff and ask her for help while Im standing not even 3 feet away not doing anything...but tryna assist her...so my co-worker gets the drift n helps the elderly lady...now sadly I know why she didnt want my help and honestly it hurts but I kept on smiling but racial acts like that are uncalled for n can ruin someones mood #WhenWillItEnd #YesImABlackManButImHuman
