Feaces everywhere in our new Mbale Main Market. This Vendor Wacha Fred on yesterday found his stall as seen in pics below with feaces on floor and reported to market authorities. To investigate further, I have disturbingly discovered the following which are true and happening with this new facility. 1. Most of the vendors in this market are NOT doing business hence idleness leading to intestinal development of these biological functions and resort to nearby dark neighbourhood because of lack of 200/= for Toilet payment. 2. Since some vendors come once in a while to do business hence some neighbour(s) resorting to use of the same as place of convenience. 3. The market has been disconnected off power by Umeme as the vendors and authorities can not manage electricity bills ( I imagine next is National Water and Sewerage Co-operation disconnection). This is just the beginning but additional serious rubbish smelling inside there!!!,Tell me the rest that I may not have discovered as of today, OMG
