Fear No Man, But God. Good morning Precious Gems of God; For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.2 Timothy 1:7 (AMP) When the future seems uncertain, the first thing that the enemy tends put in our minds is doubt and fear. At times we look at what we can see with our natural eyes and doubt that what we are facing will ever work in our favor. We become afraid and our faith subsides. But God’s word to you is;”Fear not” Fear is a debilitating force that affects all of our lives. Fear keeps one bound stagnant not gaining ground not moving forward. It is an emotion induced by a perceived threat. It is a basic survival mechanism occurring in response to a specific stimulus Fear can keep you from going forward and it can color everything that you see with the hues of uncertainty. But the word tells us, that when we look to the Lord, everything comes into perspective. Fear has no power over you when your trust is in God. In Exodus 20:20 Moses said to the people, “Do not fear; for God has come to test you, and that His fear may be before you, so that you may not sin.” You must not fear them, for the Lord your God Himself fights for you.’ (Deuteronomy 3:21) No matter what you may be going through, the Lord Himself will fight for you. The Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.” Trust God, rest in Him and fear not. #DRWM
