Fear held me back from a lot of things in my life. I was afraid to try out for baseball as a child. I was afraid to ask out that pretty girl I met when I was 16. I was afraid to apply for the job I knew I wanted and worked so hard for when I was 26. I was even afraid to type out statuses like this! Fear caused me to back away from what I really wanted many times. Have you held yourself back from moving to that new city, starting the new career or business of your dreams, even asking out that certain someone because fear got in your way? I can say, the moments I faced fear and went right on through that barrier, sweating bullets, anxious, and afraid, it was ALWAYS worth it. If something is holding you back from what you need or want and you dont break through, you will stay right where you are. The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.
