Fear holds us back. It freezes us in a holding. When I opened a page for my energy healing business I opted to keep myself safe and open it just as a friend. Friends could add me if they chose but ultimately I felt safe that I wasnt going and putting myself Out There for possible failure. Opening a business page on Facebook was daunting. What if no-one LIKED my page? Eek ... would that mean what I am doing is not worthy? And so I opened a business page on the side. I felt no pressure to be liked as I hadnt told anyone about that page so how could they choose to NOT like me if they didnt even know it existed. In the meantime .... The page I opened as just add me as a friend actually grew with complete strangers adding me. It was the weirdest, most wonderful, confidence boosting thing to know that people I didnt know actually opted in to read my posts. And then they would share my stuff too! I felt validated and started to think differently about that fear. So yesterday I launched my business page and discovered that it was an irrational fear. I am grateful for all 85 of you who have LIKED my page and looked at the posts in my first 24 hrs!! A deepest and most heartfelt thank you to ech and every one of you. Im sharing a screen shot of what they give you behind the scenes on a business page ... too exciting, isnt it?!
