Fear will hold you back,dont allow fear to control you, my credo has for many years been this , embrace your fears, endorse your pain and conquer your anguish this has allowed me to recognise what is happening to me, dont run away and hide, dont revert into your self. You will get hurt, people will hurt you, accept this, you know you have all that love inside of you, if only other people could see it. Let them see it. I was once an isolated person I could be surrounded by people but I would not let them in and I would not talk about my hurts with any one, I was so lonely. I had to learn how to love and how to be loved, I am still a work in progress, Jesus Christ sets the best example on love, agape love. This is the love I have for you, lean what it is. I have been very hurt by a person recently and I can feel myself retracting, this is why i am writing this, as a recognition of what I am doing and how I dont want to run away and hide any more . The greatest disappointments in life comes from unrealised expectations
