Fearless A patient strolled into Emergency Department Yellow Zone, with cervical collar and spinal board. Judging from his wounds, i could tell that it is a case road traffic accident (RTA), typical wounds of a motorbike rider. Accident motor langgar apa? i went straight to the point. Doktor saya tak nak injection! Saya tak boleh, tolong doktor, jangan injek, saya takut jarum! Ubat kancing gigi saya kena injek encik! Tolonglah, please-lah, saya tak nak injection.Tolonglah doktor I am puzzled. This guy has tatoos all over his body yet he is so afraid of an injection. How in the world he has the courage to have tatoos then? I dont have i any tatoo, i am forbid to have any, so i dont know how painful it is to get my body tatooed but I am positively sure it is nonetheless painful since the pigments are introduced into the skin by needles. Later I noticed both his earlobes were pierced. Isnt that an invasive and painful procedure that involves the use of some sort of a needle. He is wearing multiple pair of earings soI assume he electively done by choice, by his own will. Whatever! I poked, giving intramuscular ATT while he is busy begging me not to give him an injection, and he keeps on begging even after that... ”Danger is very real. But fear is a choice.” ― Will Smith.
