Feather Squares 1 Cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp butter 4 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla 3 egg yolks (keep the whites for topping) 1/2 cup sugar Beat sugar,butter,egg yolks, than add milk & vanilla than fold in flour and baking powder. Bake in a square dish at 350 until done. Topping When baked remove from oven and spread with partridge berry jam than beat 3/4 cup sugar with egg whites until fluffy and spead on top of jam sprinkle with coconut and broil until golden brown. This dessert is great after a big meal and you want just a little something with your cup of tea. Enjoy !!!!!
