I was born in Germany and came to the United States settling in Cleveland, Ohio with my family at age 12. After graduating from Kent State University with a Major in Political Science, I went on to attend American University in Washington DC majoring in East European International Relations. I then relocated to Buffalo, NY to work in my wifes family recycling business. For the next 23 years, I operated a number of retail operations including Restaurants, Automotive Repair Shops, Travel Agency while simultaneously brokering Scrap Metal to various Steel Mills in the Midwest. For the past 10 years; I have been working as a Consultant and Broker dealing with various scrap commodities from South America, India, Korea, China and the US.
