Adjacent is a further area of shared grounds suitable for supervised play for children, there is also a lockable shed for storing bikes etc, designated parking and a laundry drying area. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, an a modern family bathroom, newly designed kitchen and cosy sitting room.
