Changes include a switch to a first to file system, providing new types of prior art to invalidate patents, providing many new ways to challenge patents, both pre and post-grant, and providing new defenses to patent infringement, among others. Avoid infringing on patents to keep yourself and your company out of legal troubles. Attendees will have a better understanding of the new changes and processes involved in today’s patent laws. asmetv.org/events/us-patent-law-updates-avoiding-patent-infringement/
