Federal investigators have determined that a TSA program is an expensive failure. The TSA trains officers to detect certain types of behaviors, searching for those who don’t seem to fit in – but there’s no evidence behavior detection works. NBC’s Tom Costello reports An “expensive failure” doesnt me to get rid of it, or to find a market program to replace it, what it means it to add more money to correct the problems. If that doesnt work, we repeat the steps again of adding more money.
