Feedback on Pizza Hut. I wrote it in Pizza Hut facebook page. I want to share my feedback on your very bad and unprofessional customer service. We called 39883988 in chennai asking for home delivery. We have been receiving hand bills through news papers for several days from Pizza Hut. My family decided to order pizzas and was told that my residence which is in the heart of the city in chennai does not have coverage (this is from Luz Church Road to RA Puram). They said the same thing on an earlier occasion and my wife challenged them and later they obliged. However, last night they refused to take our order and some one when challenged about coverage said he will call back. The call was never made by him or anyone else. I am really surprised that a customer in RA Puram needs to plead them to do business and make profits. We called chef express later and they delivered pizzas from T Nagar which is farther than Luz church road in 30 minutes. We have had excellence service from Dominos Pizza as well. While all your competitors are vying for business, what is happening to Pizza Hut. I am sharing this feedback with all my friends just to let them know what to expect.
