Feel something should be said about this. As most of us have probably heard by now, another person has jumped and fallen to his death from the UP Humanities building. As a person who has experienced and seen the effects of depression both on a personal and domestic level, I thought I would just extend a helping hand to anyone on my Facebook who finds him/herself in similar circumstances. Depression is a thoroughly misunderstood disease (and a disease it is) and often times people react with insensitivity and ignorance towards that which they dont understand. If you need someone to talk to who understands - call, text, message, do whatever you need to do to get it off your chest.
