Feeling VERY AGGRAVATED! Just let me get this out there! WE WILL NEVER EVER GO IN RED LOBSTER IN CH AGAIN! We arrived at 10 til 5pm. Several couples WAITING to be seated. Only 5 tables in the WHOLE restaurant have customers. ( yes, Robbie went to look) . We are told 15-20 min wait! Well BULLSHIT ! All my SkateNation folks know what Nate Smith taught us in management, WHEN youre OPEN , Youre OPEN! WTH. For years this has been the False Wait created by the Darden Corp that runs Red Lobster. I got up and stepped inside the kitchen to the 2 non uniform wearing pair chatting away and said is there a manager here? She speaks up hurrying toward me and says Im a manager. I ask her what is the problem , with no one being seated and the restaurant is EMPTY ? She replied we are seating people . I said , I beg your pardon, perhaps you cant see from the back corner here in the kitchen, but Ive been here 10 minutes and not one SOUL has been seated! She comes out of the kitchen and says, oh, well would you like to sit in the bar? I reply, I AM NOT NEXT IN LINE ALL OF THESE PEOPLE WERE BEFORE ME, & NO I do not care to eat in the BAR, I came to eat dinner and not in a BAR! Yes you could hear a pin drop out in the holding area , she then said, Im waiting for more staff to arrive . I reply, but you and the gentleman or hostess , none of you could seat guests, get drinks or anything right? She looks flustered and is speechless! I spoke up and said, Ill tell you what, JUST LOCK THE DAMN DOORS! Youre either open for business or youre not and OBVIOUSLY YOURE NOT! She walked back to the kitchen SPEECHLESS! WE WALKED OUT! Two gals came out behind us and one said whats wrong mam, we told her and they had just finished dining and she said WHAT? The whole place is empty? We told her no worry, WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! The lady outside then says, this dont make no sense, they are empty inside, why were all yall waiting. I said, well we arent any more they should lock the doors! The two ladies outside said , we hope yall get a nice dinner somewhere and have a good night. WOW, they were kinder than the management or lack of! I WILL BE CALLING CORP TOMORROW! THERE IS NO GOOD EXCUSE TO RUN PEOPLE AWAY WHEN YOUR DOORS ARE OPEN! BTW, this was me AGGRAVATED! Its way worse if I get angry and have to go PRINCE GEORGE ON YOU !!
