Feeling a bit upset this evening... I put a lot of time and a lot of work into this business, sewing, sourcing fabric, sending messages etc. I work full time and sew pretty much every evening when I get home from work, often till very late into the night...alongside this I am also doing a course that involves a lot of work. I am not asking for sympathy for this, I choose to do all of these things and they are all important to me, but I think it is important for people to know that this isnt my full time job. What is upsetting me is that someone placed an order for several items a couple of months back, this order required specific fabric, which I sourced whilst in the USA in may, involved me taking photos of fabrics to give the customer ideas, going back to the fabric store another day of my holiday to purchase the fabric and then took several hours of work to get 4 shirts made. Then after several reasons for not paying the person then fails to respond to my messages altogether. I am super appreciative of all of my wonderful customers, the support you all give me, the orders you place and the lovely photos and comments I receive all the time. This situation has upset me, if you didnt want the order...then why place it? if it was too expensive...why order so much? Apologies for such a negative update, this isnt how I like my page to feel at all, but I feel really strongly about this, Best Wishes Jade x
